Recycle Bin is causing problems

About 70% of the time, when I try to empty the recycle bin, my Windows Explorer crashes and I have to restart the explorer.exe (I get the error message, and then hit the button to restart explorer.exe).

Anyways, is there a fix for this?

EDIT: Every few minutes or so, my Recycle Bin resets it's view. Personally, I don't like to have my Recycle Bin to sort with the Name; so is there also a fix for this somehow? Thanks!

It's the one where Windows Explorer has caused an error and needs to be shut down.

Blak n Wite have you tried a system restore? What happens if you try to delete a few at a time?
