is there a way to do this without loss of quality? i tried using nero 6's standard encoder and it degraded both the video and audio. i also have TMPGPlus but it wants seperate audio and video files and i can't use the divx file for both.

    thanks in advance

You can do it without losing quality, but it is quite a painful operation. There are some great tools and guides here.
