    Can someone edit that news post. It's plain wrong.

    It should say,

    A program has been made by the same people who have made Ad Subtract. It disables the Messenger service (not to be confused with Windows Messenger or MSN Messenger) that is automatically run on NT-based systems. It lets people disable it without messing around with the services screen. Another great job by the Ad killers

    Please review the news before posting it. This one is so misleading. It's been talked about so many times in the forums already.

    Sorry people, my fault. When it said disable popups that's what I thought it meant. Not disable the actual service. Like DUH. :rolleyes:
