my friend toldme RD RAMS in just one stick are now available.

Yea that's true. The RDRAM that is in pairs have 232 pins instead of
184 pins. But the only motherboard that supports 232 pin RDRAM is the ASUS P4T533, which I have heard is an excellent motherboard and one of the fastest.
