When I install the XP in a large partition, it's size is about 1.4 GB, but if I install it in a partition that have 1 GB or less of free space, in the end it installed will only takes about 600 MB.

There's some option, parameter or anything that I can do in the start of the instalation that makes it takes only 600 MB doesn't matter the space that I have in the partition?

Thanks in advance.

The minimum size partition you can install XP (Pro) onto is 972Mb. Once it is installed you can go to "Add/Remove Programs" and select "Add/Remove Windows Components" and untick all the stuff you don't need or want, then follow the prompts buttons at the bottom of the window.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
