Ok, so everyone everywhere seems to be interested in the new "headless" iMac rumours. I actually quite surprised that no one has really mentioned it here?

but, with the rumours being that it will house a 1.25GHz G4 what do you think? As a apple follower myself i thought that the whole entire range were going to be upgraded to the G5 PowerPC unit, with the exception of the iBooks.
Purely because fitting a cool G5 into an iBooks shell would not only be hard in size terms but the heat given off would be incredible, also the fact that steve has previously stated he wants to widen the gap between the powerbook and ibook ranges?

Sure Apple will move to purely G5 at some point, but look at how long it took the whole product range to move over to G4 from G3 (iBooks were still running G3's until fairly recently). It's not an overnight process.
