My computer is working fine and all scans come up null, but for some odd reason my search toolbar is empty. See here:

Also, I tried restarting because one of my games kept terminating for no reason with no dialogs, and it took forever to shut down, forever to start up, and when I tried accessing my System Restore utility this is the window that came up

Also, I actually had to execute it twice to even get that window. It would not execute otherwise, though rstrui.exe appeared in the process list.
