program compatibility

i have a creative webcam 2 and i used to use it with the win98 o/s but now im running xp and cant seem to get this thing to work and ive tried running the compatibility option but i dont think im using it correctly if anyone know where i can learn how to better use this option can u please put a link or site that i can go to for info on this subject

You may have tried this....but go to the webcam manufactorer's web site and see if they have released some XP drivers.

Most of the stuff I had on my Win98 machine would not work when I upgraded so had to get new XP drivers. See the compatibility report which was generated by XP when you upgraded
