For those who haven't been watching, the price on ATI video cards has been droping like a rock since May. 9800 Pro is down about 25%.
They are either badly overstocked in the supply channel or they have a major new lineup coming out that will be more compeitive with the newer Nvidia stuff so the supply chain is dumping product. I'm seeing lots of double rebates (supply chain and ATI) on their cards.
