popups / spyware?

I think i have some sort of spyware on my box and its becoming hard find. Under my favorites i keep getting links to some casino and xxx websites after they are deleted. Also shortcuts popup on desktop for the casino also. wondering what software is out to find out what it is and help me delete this annoying stuff.

The tool you will find most useful will be "Hijack This!" feel free to post the log if you cant spot any problems.
