Hey guys! I just thought it would be interesting to see what type of gaming machine everyone has...

Don't forget PS1...some of us haven't splurged on the upgrade to PS2. As far as X-box, M$ has already gotten enough of my money.

my pc can't handle most of the new games, so i use ps2 to play my games. well, as for xbox, my opinion is the same as xsivforce

Well, I own an Xbox. I don't think there is anything wrong with it though. It has some pretty good games out like Halo, DOA3, JSRF, etc. I bought it because it has the most value for your money. With a built in Hard Drive, Ethernet Port for Online Gaming, and 4 controller ports, out of the box, that's a pretty good deal if you ask me. On the other hand, for the PS2 to do the same, you gotta buy a multitap, modem add-on, hard drive add-on = LOTS OF $$. The con that the Xbox has is that you need to buy a $30 DVD remote to play DVDs...

I just use my PC to play any games, no need to waste my money on a seperate games console, that is inferior to my PC.

I have to say, I've been a console freak forever. Still have a bag full o'Atari 2600 junk to prove it. Moved on to the NES, SNES, N64, and now have a PS2. That being said, playing games on my shiny new computer is sweet. When it works.

Only console I own is SNES! I should drag it out and let the kids play it for a while but it might not be good enough for them.

The only thing I don't like about consoles is that they're single purpose (even though they do that one thing well), while the PC is so much more versatile.

hah your pc is still crap compared to xbox,, your graphics card is useless in comparison!
