Playing Quicktime files

When I play .mov files on my computer, they are really choppy. I have win xp and the most current updates for Quicktime. Any help people?

all quicktime files? maybe the files you have is low quality...

no not low qual. they are around 14MB running around 2:30 to 3:00 minutes. check 'em out at http://www.kungfurecords.com/html/rockvideos.htm

also I am downloading high qual videos on computer or streaming them through webpage. Both play choppy.
