Hello...

I have a PC installed with Win XP Pro and patched with SP1 too, running on Intel P4 1.7Ghz, 256MB DDR Ram, and 20GB Hard Disk Drive. Problem is .. kinda strange but just wandering if anyone might have a clue when my client tries to play pinball on the PC, the ball lags every now and then.

I turned on task manager and notice that each time the ball lags, the CPU usage is almost 100%. But the strangest part is however, if I keep clicking on both the bottom stoppers (Z and / key), it doesn't lag as the CPU usage is just normal around 2 - 3%. Once I don't press anything and allow the ball to float above, it lags and lags and lags .. ??

Any idea please??

might be something to do with on-board graphics

I built one for a friend bout a year ago & it wouldn't even play dx-ball with out chugging

:(

afraid so

some games played fine > just not all :(

best you can do is put in a PCI graphics card > if you've got any slots free

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
