PHP and Mysql

    I want to open a server with my pc...
    what software do i need to enable there php and mysql databases?

    Thanks for posting that link.. If I ever get around to setting up another webserver on my other box, I'll be sure to check that out.
     
  4. If you want ease of use and dont know anything about servers and stuff, then use Xitami. Its all ready done for php, so theres no need to configure it like you do with Apache.

    Doesn't Apache automatically have PHP with mod_php as well? I may be wrong, was a while ago. :)

    Nope, you need to download it as a seperate component.
