Photoshop Support - Help, Tutorals, Setting etc

Ok.. after much searching I found the IR actions, but it dosent have the one I used for the animation I used for my sig. I think that may have been a default one but I am not sure.
NOTE: If you dont know what Actions are in IR you should not use them because they can do some weird things to images.

I dont know IR 3 ... I have IR 7

Anyways, I know we have covered IR a little bit, but I was wonderin PK ,do you happen to have any styles or actions for PS?

Actions are very nice, but styles are nice ta have too.

what kind of styles... I dont use them much but I know of several resources... !google photoshop styles
