A great Canadian/American RIP.
Yep, he was a good news man and news anchor for ABC... too bad. He was only 67. Damn lung cancer.
yea, i try and watch nightly news almost every night and last week wondered what happened to him, because i thought he was going to be in when he felt good, but he had not been around in a long time. He was a good anchor, now i think all the ones I grew up on are gone.
EDIT: i hope this makes people see that smoking is bad when more of the famous war babies start to fall off from it.
Wow, this is a shock .. He was a good news anchor, even though he spoke out a lot about American polocy. And, got himself into trouble a couple of times. RIP ..
Wow! What a blow to the news world!
Rest in peace Mr. Jennings.
This is news to me as of reading this thread :|. Didn't know he had lung cancer. He was actually the only anchor I liked.
This is the 1st I've heard of it. Sad news
In the news one last day.
Since his last broadcast telling the public he had cancer he had never come back on the air... I guess him and his family new it was coming.. Very sad indeed
