pc speaker beeps when runing progs

ok problwm with uncles pc,

when it starts the pc speaker beeps but it still loads windows and all, then it stops, when running antivirus it starts agian, and there is not no browser or anything to do with internet. any ideas???? right now i am looking for the beep code. it is short constant beep's and it is an aopen ak75 mobo

Also, are you running any sort of MoBo/CPU monitor that monitors temp, CPU voltage or anything else of that nature? Check settings to see nothing is out of the ordinary or over/under the limits that have been set.

Also Memory or Power Supply... maybe???
