I've posted a threat about that my PC is really hot.

The case and the chassis are hot and I don't know how to fix it.

Some of you told me to check the temperature so here it is:

The Intel Active Monitor says that:

    Processor Zone: 57c
    System Zone 1 : 42c
    System Zone 2 : 56c
    System Fan 1 : 5120 Rpm

The system zone 2 Is too hot the monitor says, and I don't know why and how to fix it!!!
    Please help me!!!

Make sure the heatsink is correctly seated on the processor. BTW, my Athlon temps are not even that high!

open your case and have a fan blow at it, that will cool it down.

    Did u build it yourself....

If so make sure u used the right amount of compound between the cpu and the heatsink & try to stick with a good brand like artic silver or something.

    Ya what i'd say is...

    1. Get some fans
    2. Look at the thermal compound
    3. Run your computer with the door off.

But basically i think u need some more fans. Unless you are going to run a top of the line rig that needs a lot of cooling just hop down to Radio Shack or someplace and get 2-3 fans. Go home and spend a couple hours installing, cutting, etc.

I think that will solve it.

Open the side of your tower. Mine fell from an avarge of 49 degrees celcius to 45 degrees. It works.
