To Uninstall PChealth all you have too do is run

"rundll32.exe setupapi.dll,InstallHinfSection DefaultUninstall 132 C:\WINDOWS\INF\PCHealth.inf" without the commas

This removes about 30mb of backup file and the a likes , also found that the system has sped up somewhat.
 
Thanks for the tip Redback and welcome to the forum.. Not for sure I would want to get rid of any backup files however unless I knew for D**n sure I did not need them.....
