Password to open a windows application?

    Is it possible to apply a password to open a windows application such as IE or Outlook etc. Running Windows 2000 at work.

    Not easily I don't think - are you trying to do this for any particular reason?

    Firstly, i do not have admin privlegdes on this machine. I would like to use outlook express to view my main but other people use the PC.
