Password after Hibernation?

I'm a little confused as to why there's no password prompt when I try to resume from Hibernation. Any ideas as to how I can make it ask for a password?

I'm running XP Pro with the "Family" logon screen. I could see why it wouldnt ask for a password if I didnt have one, but I do, and so does every other user.

control panel -> Power Options -> Advanced -> Ask for password on resume from suspend
