I dont know if this applies for the above board users, but defintly Hyperthreading and Audigy 2 users
There is a known conflict that affects quite a lot of people but not all.
With HT on, you will experience one of many problems including
lockups
bsods
various drivers just ... disapearing
but obviously most annoying are the lockups...
because they are intermittent theres no telling
ive had to disable hyperthreading until there is a fix which apparently is on its way, although SB have been saying that for a while
if anyone is having various problems, try disabling HT, might help
