Ok.. Just want to say thank you in advance for the help.

Ever since I went to Outlook XP anytime I receive mail into a subfolder, it does not auto expand. I have to go through my folders and search for unread mail.

Now, I don't know if this is an XP or Office XP issue as I upgraded both at the same time.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

    Thank You

    Josh

Do you have this option checked ?
Through options, there must be (just like in Outlook Express) something like 'Automatically display folders that contain unread mails' ... I don't know Outlook at all, but it shouldn't be that different for this matter, should it ?
Hope this helps you a little in your 'quest' ?

Good luck anyway, keep us informed !

Good thought, but I do not see it anywhere.

Where exactly is it in OE?

    Thanks

It is the third item down on the general tab.

Sorry if this doesn't help - hopefully someone using Outlook XP will be able to get ya there!:)

Hopefully so. The weird thing is it used to do it by default. Don't know why they would change it.

    Thanks Again
