Outlook : share contact list keeping hierarchy within lists

Dear,
i've a quick problem::cry:
i have this situation:

Contact_list1
Contact_list2
Contact_list3 (contains Contact_list1 + Contact_list2)
I granted my colleague the reviewer access to my contact lists. He can open my contact folder BUT when he want to send a mail to Contact_list3 via his onw mailbox, he right click on the shared contact list, then new message to contact (in the To field : Contact_list3)
BUT when he send the message, he gets an administrator error because Contact_list2 cannot be reached.

So is there any common way to share this sort of contact lists keeping the hierarchy between the contact lists.

If you are running Exchange Server you can create a common address book under shared folders.
