outlook express

    is there anyway i can password protect my outlook express so nobody can just open it up other than myself?

    If you have more than one user on your PC they should not have access to your personal folders, reason being is because your C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\ folders are not shared.

    I am not sure if this is how OE works, I would assume it would be the same as Outlook.

    As for not being able to open it without a password, I am sure there is a program out there some where that allows you to do so.

    Yes, OE will only let your user have access to your files.
