What version OE? I believe the newest version has a junk mail filter built in. Not at home so I can check

OE doesn't include a junk mail filter. Outlook 2003 does though.
Thunderbird is another excellent free mail client that includes built-in Bayesian filtering: http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird

For OE, you could look into something like POPfile: http://popfile.sf.net

POPfile is very good :) Just don't use it when you use the Fast User Switching feature in Windows XP. If two instances of POPfile load because you use the FUS, POPfile crashes and no way of shutting it down. Restarting the computer is the only knows remedy I know.

Other than that, after one week of learning and correcting labelling mistakes, POP file holds 80-90% of my spam :)
