  1. ...remove the unwanted names?

    OK, let me explaint:

Someone (this is fictional address) sends me a message and his name is XYZ (xyz@xyz.org)

Now, even if I have deleted or never responsed to this XYZ name, if I compose a new message, if I type XYZ in the "To:" field, his email address will automatically shows up.

Same is true, if I type his e-mail (in this case xyz@xyz.org) then XYZ shows up.

Can anyone tell me how can I remove it?

    Thanks in advance.

When the name shows up as you type, just press the delete key while the name is still highlighted.

You can also UNcheck "automatic name checking" and "suggest names while completing....." in Options - Email Options - Advanced Email Options.
