There are export compliance regulations you may have to meet when exporting tech to certain countries.
I don't think there are any US regulation v/s Nigeria for the export of technology but you can certainly go out and find out.
If I setup any accounts for sale to certain nations, ie NK or Iran, I cannot complete any form of transaction because those nations are persona non-grata.
Double check with your postal company and see if they say anything if you have concerns.
