Cleaned up the spray just a little. Converted to .wad. Here is a screenshot.

Here is the pldecal.wad. Replace the pldecal.wad in your counterstrike directory with this one. Then spam it everywhere.

If you want to get noticed.....I believe it is possible to animate sprays! I've never got it to work properly....but there are tutorials about.

CS definitely supports .wad textures with multiple frames, for example look at the surface of water, its made up of several images to make it 'ripple'.

Let me know if anyone definitively figures this out
