latest ver of cs should be 1.5...

just dl the LATEST or HIGHEST number that you can get... make sure you dl the right thing... there is a download for the half-life version which mods half life to cs and then there is cs retail...

make sure you get the right thinger...

You will either need

- The latest Half-life patch and Counter-strike mod with a valid cdkey for Half-life

or

- The latest Counter-strike retail patch with a valid cdkey for Counter-strike

depending on which version that you have.
