Opera shortcut icon

I made an shortcut to ntfs.org on my desktop. When i was usin IE as browser I could change the icon to anything. But im now using opera and the icon is the standard opera icon and i cant change it. Please help...
 
did you create a new link to ntfs.org, when you got opera ?
