Opening JPG files

I was changing the look of my icons
([going to a folder]>tools>folder options>file types), and I changed the JPG file icon. Now, something must have happened, because whenever I try to open a JPG file, it opens Paint Shop Pro, and it says "Unable to open File." When I open PSP manually, then click file>open, it will work, but not when I just double click in a folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated

not sure how to fix the PSP problem

but make sure your open says this if you want it to open like the use to with the xp default

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PhotoEd\PHOTOED.EXE" "%1"

click use DDE

application=photoed

topic=system

Hmm, for some reason, there weren't quotes around the %1. I don't know if you need them, but it worked. Thanks
