opening Hotmail using Messenger

Well, I just opened up my Inbox through Messenger and it took me straight there without re-entering a password. Just to check myself I did it twice and had the same result. Was this something that MS screwed up for a couple of weeks and just now took care of? I made no changes, and the box under Options --> Privacy has always been unchecked... so, who knows? Hopefully this won't be a problem anymore!

yeah, its fixed for me too.

But I did upgrade to 4.6.00.82?. Guess there was a fix in there somewhere??

I've had 4.6.00.82 for about a week now - had it the whole time during this thread - so I don't know what is different with mine now??

It happened to me a while ago, until I unticked the option to Empty temporary internet files when browser is closed. I had this ticked because it seemed a good idea at the time (to save space) but I had to re-log in to every site I went to.

It's under Internet Options/Advanced, scroll down to Security (See attached image)

It's working on both of my computers now also! Funny maybe they fixed the problem or something. However I did set both accounts to never expire in the options(Was set to expire in 2 hours) not sure if this helped or not.

hmm, strange, cause i just downloaded this new update with the addons and now i can go straight to my inbox without password retyping, triaght from MSN Messanger.
