How can I get my two XP Pro machines to "see" the users on each other?

For example, if I want to give permissions for a BLUE machine user on the RED machine, I cannot select or enter the BLUE user on the RED machine.

THis is home-based, so no domain controller unfortunately.

Just create an identical user account on the other PC. So both PCs have RED and BLUE usernames as loacal users, and each password matches.

If you don't want the other account coming up on the welcome screen and having it for network use only, use this registrry hack: http://www.windows-help.net/WindowsXP/tune-10.html

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
