how do i save my scanned pages that are more than one in a .doc all at the same time i tried highlighting them all but it only does one. do i have to save one to each file?

i dont exactly remember but when u try to save it as doc file. there should be option at the bottom how to save it. single .doc file per page or all together.

I thought you had an interesting problem. I haven't had much of a chance to learn the new features of Omni Page 12, so I did a little checking.

Yes, you can save all your pages into one document. I scanned two and highlighted them in the document manager pane. Then I went to File/Save As. The Save As pop up has an advanced tab which gives you the choice of pages are included and how they are saved.
