NVIDIA 40.72 Language

I download and installed the New Nvidia 40.72 drivers for my Ge force 4 card.
I noticed that in the installation directory are many Dll files for different languages.
Now the installatation installed i don't know what language and I can only see in "Display Properties-Settings-Advanced-GeForce 4" instead of words questionmarks '???????'.
How can I change the language ?
