We know about this guy, we did source him, it was a simple mistake that it wasn't initially sourced, yet he didn't take the article down... which is annoying.

I found the article on my recently purchased Copernic Agent Pro. It's an awsome app but costs $$$ (I'm not pushing it on anyone).

I mailed the guy again, hopefully he will be reasonable.
I am really working on getting ntfs.org googled properly but it doesn't seem to like doing it.

I modified the robots.txt so hopefully next time they do a crawl we will be stuck in it like a big fat dolphin.
