Nothing on screen at boot and a long beep.

After turning it on nothing comes on screen. Then after 15 seconds you hear a loud beep that lasts for 6 seconds, 6 second gap then another loud long beep for 6 seconds. The mobo is a Gigabyte 7VAXP, ram is generic pc2700 and grfx card is a gf4 mx. Which is it, the ram or the grfx card? I dont have any components on me to swap and see. Cheers.

This might point you in the right direction. Most common motherboards use one of the listed BIOS chips. Your manual or some research should tell you. This is a list of beep codes.
