No Sound |No Reason

My computer has been fine for awhile now. I went out with friends the other day and my sound was fine. I came home around 9 or so..out for awhile, and all of a sudden my sound wont work!

I havent changes or installed any programs! I looked around on my computer for the usually stuff. Everything is check and turned up, all my wires are good to go!

So i deside to go into my BIOS and i found that my Sound is Disabled! So i changed it back to Enabled and still no sound!!!!

Does anybody got any clues or anwers to how i could fix this program!!???

Whats your on board sound? ac97??

I dont know how, but i switched the cords around and its working even though i never touched those. its like my computer hikuped
