I have NIS 2003 will all current updates, and I'm not experiencing this problem. Are you sure the two are related? Is the problem occuring with a javascript window, or a CTRL+N command? If you are using CTRL+N, do you see a window flicker and then close? Are you sure that's it not being caused by a pop-up blocker app?
