Is this a new tweak or am I just tooooo slow. I just came across it now using a keyboard combo.

To go back & forth through the pages of IE hold the shift key & use the scroll button on the mouse.

    Hell.....makes it a lot easier.

    That's a great one, thx :)
Somehow the pages load faster when using this method instead of clicking back with the mouse. No explaination for that.
Maybe I am gonna use IE more often now... let's see

PS: Post it to "favourite tweak" if it isn't there yet!

I get totally lost in there. And yes it does seem to do its thing quicker.

Yep, the "favourite tweak" thread is really intimidating and even deterring indeed :)
I guess you can just add this tweak without checking wether it's a new one... will do no harm I guess

Yes I knew about that "tweak", in fact there are a couple more hints on using the scroller mouse in IE:

    1) Hold Ctrl+move the scroller up/down to increase/decrease the font size on the fly.
    2) Hold Shift and scroll up using the wheel while over a link will take you to that link without clicking it!

the reason it works faster is it's loading the pages from cache...if you want new content when you scroll bak and forth, make sure you refresh
