New IE6 Windows and Status Bar

Whenever I open a new window in IE6 (File -> New -> Window), the Status Bar is missing from the new window. How can I make the Status Bar appear for all IE6 windows, not just the initial one?

KEEPING STATUS BAR

There are two ways to do this, this is the easiest>>>THE FIRST WAY IS TO== Hi, Go into Windows Explorer, enable the status bar, then go into the folder options and click the button that makes all folders look like the current one. Then reopen explorer. Tom

Thanks, but my problem is occurring in Internet Explorer, not Windows Explorer.

Second way ==1) Re-register each of the following files:

Start - Run (type each line below separately, then press OK)

regsvr32 comctl32.ocx
regsvr32 Mscomctl.ocx
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll

Note: you should see a brief message after each entry.

2) Verify that these Registry entries exist:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
"Show_StatusBar"="yes"
"Show_URLinStatusBar"="yes"
