New comp, need help to decide what mobo to get

So, my old comp kinda broke down, so I have to buy a new one now (and no, I cant wait for clawhammer, thats like... MONTHS WITHOUT A COMP! :O), but I cant decide what mobo to get, so.. HELP!
And please, please, please, please, please, DO NOT tell me that I'm a stupid mother****** if I buy a P4, but thats what I've decided.. I'm gonna buy a P4, HA! So, I need a good mobo which supports ddr333 (if ddr400, better) and has a good over-all performance / overclockability 'n' stuff.

I've been told that ddr333 and 400 are not "standard" memories or something, and that I should avoid them. Any point in this?

MSI 648 MAX or MSI 645E MAX2-LRU are good. DDR2700 (333) shouldn't be any problems with.

well i decided to get a Asus P4B533-E Raid.
~900EUR the whole thing, ouch.
