New Browser Window Is Blank!!

IN XP PRO when i click on a link to open a new browser its always BLANK
I'm using zone alarm but i've disabled it and that did'nt work.

I also have 98 II with zone alarmm but i have no problems here..


PLEASE help!

I have never had this problem or come acrossed it. But, to diagnoise the problem.

What browser and version are you running?
Final build of XP Professional with all hotfixes?
