netowrk switch in russia

i am wanting to get a switch for my netowrk and lan parties
24 ports mostaly, i am just woundering, i can in canada, and i am going ro tussia for a trip. i am wanting to get a 3com one. would it be cheaper there?

I don't think it will be cheaper and it's a bad idea since you don't want to return it to Russia if it breaks...
