    I have a couple of questions ...

    1. How do I find out the owner of a certain IP? or block of IPs?

    2. Is there any way to find out where the IP is physically located? I'm assuming that knowing the owner of a certain IP block or IP could help, but there are companies that span multiple countries and own large class B addresses. I'm aware that one can find out the general location of some IPs by looking at their resolved host name ... but what about IPs that don't resolve?
