Elemental is right regarding the mobo, IF you had the money to spend which i have a feeling you don't so the setup i've put there is a very good setup that will see you through at least two yrs.
Now as others have mentioned you really really need more memory, But i would probably suggest doing the upgrade first then buying the extra mem after. But i would look at having a min of 1.5gb's in your system.
And to prove my point, right now in my system i'm using a fx5600 128 graphics card and because i have 2gb of memory i am able to play BF2 on low-medium spec with zero lag, that card shouldn't even be able to run the menu, so memory makes an enormous difference, it is the cheapest but most worthwhile upgrade a system can have.
