Need a Recommendation

Hello all, I just acquired a video camera. It is a few years old and uses the 8mm cassette like tapes. I want to add a TV Tuner card to my PC so I can transfer these tapes to my HDD so I can edit them and burn them to a CD. Can someone recommend a good TV Tuner card for this purpose. I am poor these days so cost is a big consideration as well. Thanks for any help.

Do you need a tv card? Isn't there software that can copy that sort of thing? I think you just need a cable to go in the back of your computer from your camera. I think, I really don't know.
