AM, that error is supposed to load when you don't complete the fields below and try to submit the entry.

You misunderstood. I was getting that error on INITIAL load as in when the page first loads not when I hit the submit button. If the latter was the case I wouldn't have posted it.

I understood, my friend. I didn't explain my response better. Here goes:

That error comes up when the page initially loads, like you said. That "error" is supposed to come up when no fields are filled out.

Regardless of how it's understood, that error shouldn't occur on page load. Almost as if the form is trying to submit each time the page is loaded, which may be part of the problem. The only time that error should show up, is if someone hits "submit" and the first name field is blank.
