I don't know any game by the name of NBA 2002 and I know pretty much all basketball games.

Explain in more detail what you are looking for or is that it?

Yeah, they never made NBA 2k2 for PC, only PS2 and some consoles. Be on the lookout for NBA 2k3 though, as I am pretty sure they'll be making that for PC.

Where did you hear about NBA 2K3 for PC. I've always heard the 2K3 series is only for consoles and not for PC.

Unless you meant NBA Live 2003. I know this is coming for PC but NBA Live 2002 wasn't there last year.
